Two leading housing and economic experts will discuss the current condition of the local and national housing market and make their predictions on where housing in Kansas City is headed in 2019. Speaking at the HBA’s Economic Forecast Breakfast will be:

Robert Dietz is Chief Economist and Senior Vice President for Economics and Housing Policy for the National Association of Home Builders, where his responsibilities include housing market analysis, economic forecasting and industry surveys, and housing policy research.

Christopher Kuehl is a managing director of Armada Corporate Intelligence and one of the co-founders of the company. Kuehl is a Kansas City area resident and can offer an especially relevant view of local economic conditions.
